Purging Parasites With Love
I’m sharing this personal experience in the hope that it sparks curiosity, reflection, or helps someone connect dots in their own healing journey.
Healing Sessions on Myself
In the early stages of my parasite purging journey, I began doing intuitive healing sessions on myself. These sessions were never scripted or planned. They involved toning, singing, tapping, breathwork, hand and body gestures, and whatever felt intuitively guided in the moment.
Some sessions became intense. At times I found myself nearly screaming, releasing what felt like deeply stored energy and tension.
Each session was preceded by 20–30 minutes of yoga or Qi Gong to quiet the mind and regulate my nervous system. Once grounded, I would open a circle, inviting in support — guides, ancestors, spirits, interdimensional beings, and elementals. From there, I surrendered to intuition completely. Every session unfolded differently and lasted exactly as long as it needed to.
Talking to Parasites
As this process evolved, something unexpected happened. I began communicating directly with the parasites in my body.
Rather than approaching them with anger or disgust, I chose neutrality — and even gratitude. I acknowledged that they had fulfilled whatever role they were there for, but clearly stated that their presence was no longer needed in my body.
What followed surprised me. The mornings after these sessions often brought significant physical releases. This didn’t happen every time, and it hasn’t repeated in the same way since, but it was enough to fundamentally shift how I understand healing and detoxification.
Love Over Resistance
We are conditioned to fight parasites — to attack, suppress, and wage war on the body. But for me, shifting away from resistance changed the entire experience. Approaching the process with intention, coherence, and calm seemed to facilitate a more peaceful release.
This doesn’t replace physical protocols, research, or detox strategies — but it made me question how much the nervous system, intention, and internal environment truly matter.
So I’ll leave you with this question:
What if purging parasites through love, clarity, and nervous system regulation is actually part of the equation?
Take what resonates, leave the rest. Healing is rarely linear — and it doesn’t always look the way we were taught it should.
