What got me ''IBS'' and gastritis free naturally

My name is Bianka

My healing journey has been nothing short of transformative. I went from being bedridden and exhausted to fully functional—able to move through my day with clarity, purpose, and energy I once believed was out of reach.

Like many, I spent years trying every product and protocol I could find. I experienced more setbacks than breakthroughs, navigating confusing advice and harsh methods that left me worse than before.

Eight years ago, everything changed. I began to focus on the body’s natural detoxification processes—specifically supporting the removal of parasites, pathogens, and built-up toxic waste in a way that was both gentle and effective.

Since then, I’ve passed visible parasites, biofilm, candida, mucoid plaque, old impacted feces, and stagnant mucus. I no longer deal with IBS or gastritis. And most importantly, I’ve reclaimed my quality of life.

I learned the hard way that aggressive, one-size-fits-all detox protocols often do more harm than good. The method I now share is focused on restoring the body’s communication systems, drainage pathways, and terrain—so healing becomes sustainable, safe, and lasting.

Throughout my healing journey, I’ve leaned on the wisdom of plants — many of which have powerful anti-parasitic, anti-fungal, and anti-microbial properties. These botanical allies support the body in clearing harmful pathogens while restoring internal balance.

Diatomaceous Earth

I’ve personally found diatomaceous earth (DE) to be a highly effective tool in helping remove parasites from the body. When used appropriately within a supportive regimen, it can be a valuable part of detoxification.
 

However, I don’t recommend relying on DE as a long-term solution or using it without supporting supplements like collagen, colostrum and a supportive binder. I learned this the hard way early in my journey.

DE can be abrasive to the gut lining and may contribute to mineral depletion or imbalances if not carefully managed.

That’s why I always suggest starting with foundational support—like Root’s formulations that nurture your cells and gut lining—before introducing DE into your protocol.

Balancing Detoxification
with
Lifestyle Wellness

True healing requires attention to lifestyle, mindset, and daily habits. Here’s a glimpse into how I prioritize holistic wellness alongside detoxification:

I focus on maintaining a clean, local, organic, or home-grown diet, though I do indulge occasionally. Hydration is essential — I drink plenty of clean water daily, with distilled water as my preference.
 

Fasting is a key part of my routine, with two extended fasts each year during the equinoxes (lasting as long as needed, with a minimum of 7 days), plus two shorter fasts during the solstices (up to 7 days max).
 

Physical activity is integral to my wellness. I run, cycle, skate, walk, and incorporate weight and resistance training. Almost 4–5 mornings a week, I dedicate 30 minutes to a blend of stretching, Qi Gong, and yoga.
 

I also practice regular lymphatic drainage techniques such as dry brushing, daily rebounding, and gua sha stone face massages.
 

Living in Quebec, I make the most of sunlight exposure whenever possible to support my well-being.
 

This journey toward health has transformed my life in profound ways — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
