Healing on a Budget
When I first started my healing journey, I didn’t have much — no fancy supplements, no pricey programs. What I did have were my thoughts… and a willingness to try anything that could shift my energy and mindset. 💫
So here are 2 things that truly helped me heal (and they’re both totally free 👇).
🎧 1. Subliminal Programming
I started dedicating about 30 minutes every morning to subliminals. I’d listen while jogging, doing chores, or just sitting quietly — and it changed everything.
I focused on health and healing affirmations, but there are subliminals for literally everything — abundance, self-love, energy, confidence, inner peace, you name it. 🌈
It helped retrain my subconscious mind to expect healing instead of fear symptoms.And over time, my body started to follow that new belief system.
🎭 2. Playing Pretend
This one sounds funny, but it worked.
I began acting as if I was already healed — out loud. My loved ones played along.
Example: I’d meet my boyfriend and say,
“Oh my gosh, supper with Mom was AMAZING! I ate creamy pasta and two pieces of chocolate cake for dessert, and my digestion is perfect! I feel amazing!” 😄
It wasn’t true then… but over time, my body started catching up with the story I was telling.
Now? I can enjoy those things without issue. No bloating, no flares, no days-long crash afterward.
Healing isn’t just about what we eat or take — it’s also about what we believe and how we speak to our body.
