Why Hydration Matters for Brain Health

Your brain is made up of approximately 73% water, which means hydration plays a major role in how you think, feel, and function every single day. Water is essential for the production of hormones and neurotransmitters, helping support communication between cells, focus, mood balance, and overall cognitive performance.
