💨 Hydrogen Sulfide Overload: The “Silent Saboteur” in Detox

Everyone talks about ammonia, acetaldehyde, and mycotoxins — but there’s another biochemical troublemaker flying under the radar in chronic illness and sluggish detox: hydrogen sulfide (H₂S).

H₂S is a gas naturally produced in the gut by sulfur-reducing bacteria — mainly species like Desulfovibrio and Bilophila wadsworthia. In small amounts, it actually supports signaling and blood flow. But when it builds up? It turns toxic fast.

🧬 What Happens When H₂S Goes Rogue
